• Remember to change filters every 30 days
  • If you turn the thermostat's heat setting up more than 3 degrees it may result in the emergency heat turning on
  • If the thermostat has auxiliary/emergency heat on constantly, call our office so we can help
  • Remember to get your units  cleaned so you can prevent drain issues
  • If your unit is freezing up, please turn it off and call us immediately
  • Try to refrain from setting your thermostat below 70 degrees in the Summer
